Matcha Green Tea Peach Smoothie

There are lots of health benefits in this Matcha Green Tea Peach Smoothie. It has sweet, juicy peaches, creamy Greek yogurt, and a little honey. This drink is good for you and gives you energy. It's great for a quick breakfast or a snack to cool you down.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Add the frozen peaches, matcha green tea powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey to a blender


If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, you can also add some ice cubes to the blender


Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches your desired consistency


Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately
