Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a mini cupcake tin with paper liners

In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract


Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined


Stir in 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips into the batter


Fill each mini cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter


Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean


While the cupcakes are cooling, make the ganache by heating 1/2 cup of heavy cream until it starts to simmer


Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips


Stir until smooth and shiny

  • 1 lb pasta any shape

  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  • 1 3/4 cups water

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions:

  • 8 large flour tortillas

Keep the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the beef is soft and can be shred with a fork


To re-mix the beef into the sauce in the crock pot, shred it with two forks after it's done cooking


Add the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste


Warm up the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle before putting the burritos together


Spread some of the beef mixture on each tortilla, then cover it with shredded cheddar cheese


Roll them up

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, put the pork shoulder, pineapple chunks, onion, garlic, and red bell pepper


Spices like black pepper, cayenne pepper, orange juice, and lime juice should all be mixed together in a small bowl with soy sauce


Add the sauce to the slow cooker with the vegetables and pork


Use a stir to mix
